Folks, I am concerned about your team's performance. I would like for you to set up a time for us to discuss path forward.
With regards to Weekly Status Reports it is clear you have not read/followed previous instructions. Look at comments from last weekly status report. More specifically: "Please go back and review the Blog creation instructions and make sure to follow the procedure, format and frequency of your Reports:
1)Tasks accomplished: 2)Tasks in progress: 3)Tasks Planned for Next Week: 4)Issues: 5)Metrics: "
I see some attempt at this was made but the amount of detail is insufficient. You need to be looking ahead delegating, planning and estimating tasks. Clearly an issue has arisen that presents an additional challenge. How do you plan to reorganize and accomplish the project tasks?
Email me with a time in my office hours block when we can meet. I believe 1/2hr should suffice.
